This presentation website sets no cookies and uses no audience measurement tool. The “Sign in” button leads to the NeuroTrack application, whose privacy policy applies from sign-in.
Medical use
NeuroTrack supports cognitive rehabilitation under the responsibility of a healthcare professional. The platform does not make a diagnosis. Links with the MMSE or the MoCA describe a shared paradigm; they are neither an administration nor a scoring of these tests.

The texts, illustrations and NeuroTrack brand shown on this website are protected. Any reproduction without the written consent of the publisher is prohibited. The photographs on this website are illustrative images. The people shown are not real patients.

What the demo form collects
First name, last name, work email, phone (optional), organisation, role, type of organisation and message (optional). No patient data should appear in it.
Purpose and legal basis
To contact you about your demo request. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
Transmission
The form sends your request to the Zakhor (NeuroTrack) platform, hosted in France: it is stored there, encrypted, and read only by the NeuroTrack team. No email is sent.
Retention period
Three years from the last exchange about your request, then automatic deletion.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time, by writing to the contact address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
